Piss poor customer service and outsourced almost everything to other countries when you call to speak to anyone about an issue. I live, work and support my family in the United States. Why would or should I deal with someone with horrific customer service skills and could care less about my issues and read from a ” Que- Card” . I’ve been with Verizon, since they started as a Company? I was with L.A Cellular who advised me that a new Company was taking over my account- Verizon. I choose to stick with them because of call service, most definitely not customer care or professional service..I wish this ” Lawsuit ” was for Billions to show them without customers, they, them all of it would not be possible. Horrible, how they have become how they are.

    • Agreed! I’ve been with Verizon for 20 years. Last year I discovered they were double billing me for one of my perks. I refused to pay an in correct bill. They said they’d fix it, and refund the overbill. They didn’t so I said I’d pay my bill when it was correct. They shut me off! So I did the math and paid the bill exceot for the amount they owed me for the 8 months of overbilling. Took 2 weeks to get them to turn my phone back on and every time it was supposed to be working and wasn’t, I’d call back in and talk to someone else who wanted to argue with me about the credit I was owed. One person said they could only turn my phone back on, if I made a “promise to pay” the credit, but don’t worry, it will drop off when my next bill comes out?? Oh, hell no, am I going to promise to pay a credit Im owed. After all that, 9 months later, they were still double billing me, just hiding the second charge in a drop down. Once again, owed a credit and then I found out the rep fixed the problem by canceling both perks without telling me, and saying the credit would come off of my next bill. When it didnt and I had to call in again… get this… wait for it… the rep acknowledged my complaint but said the previous rep did not put an amount owed to me in his notes so the best he could do, was offer me half of what I said the credit was supposed to be, as a courtesy. I told middle eastern “Jeff” that he had better get back on the phone with Mr. Oz, get approval for the entire $90 Im owed after being fraudulently billed another 9 months, and have it applied to my balance immediately, or this turns into theft and my bext call won’t be to them to fix it. Im switching to Mint Mobile. I hear great things.

Verizon has destroyed my credit by letting someone else besides me I guess rub upside kinf of bill I’ve been getting a Verizon bill fir a while and I’ve been hurt so I put tonsode but it’s in my mind till call then now it’s on my credit and it’s the only thing on my credit report so now I’m so possed. Inwant ti find out who and file charges and figure this out I have never been had. Verizon ne ver I’ve had same
